Coromega Omega 3 Supplement Review
71A Life Changing Experience
When you find a product that changes your life as Coromega Omega fish oil has changed mine, you want to shout it from the rooftops. This is no ordinary product review. I firmly believe that this particular product has radically changed my life for the better. So this is a product review, sure, but it just might be one of the most heartfelt product reviews that you have ever read in your life. Onto the review itself:
Coromega Fish Oil
Coromega Omega 3 fish oil products (especially the orange flavor, but the other flavors are good too) is an ingenious product for people who cannot swallow big pills. If you have ever seen or attempted to swallow fish oil pills, then you already know just how unpleasant that can be. I have always despised swallowing pills, even small and medium sized ones. But swallowing large pills (like fish oil pills) has always been a virtual impossibility for me. I also cannot bear to swallow liquid fish oil. Omega 3 is great for your skin, as it moisturizes from the inside out.
Flax seed oil pills are also a great vegetarian source of Omega 3 but they are also too big for me and many other people to swallow comfortably. And swallowing the oil itself is an acquired taste to say the least.
A Genuine Dry Eye Solution
Of course I want all the health benefits that Omega 3 has to offer, including lower cholesterol, better heart health, improved cognitive functioning, reduced anxiety, better focus, memory and concentration (the list literally goes on and on).
But in all honesty, I had one huge motivating factor to find a way that I could consume fish oil on a daily basis, and that is the fact that I struggle mightily with dry eye (also know as ocular rosacea.)
Prior to discovering the Coromega Omega 3 products, I already was doing everything I could (aside from supplementing with Omega 3, which I had trouble doing because of the size of the pills) about my painfully dry eyes. Specifically, the eye doctor had plugged my tear ducts with permanent plugs and I have been drinking lots of water, applying heat to my eyelids when necessary, blinking as much as possible, etc.
The Discovery of A Lifetime
But I knew in my heart of hearts that I had to find a way to introduce the Omega 3 into my daily routine because my eye doctor had told me how useful Omega 3 can be for people with my dry eye problems.
I first stumbled upon Coromega in a Vitamin/Health food store, and I didn’t really sense the potential it had for me right away. I bought it and sort of forgot about it, to tell the truth. But then one day I rediscovered it in my bathroom cabinet, and I pulled out those little Ketchup style packets, squirted the pudding like orange tasting substance into my mouth and lo and behold, over the next week I found that when I was taking the Coromega on a daily basis, my eyes started to feel better and better and better. They got less red and irritated, and I really felt like I had found a new lease on life.

I felt so stupid, lol so i canceled and weeks of headaches with the credit card company and icelandic health. i ended up not getting my refund from them. This was 2 years ago and I still get calls asking if I want to re-join. they are so bad!!!

hi
my dad was taking coromega before and then he switched to a different product (Maxalife). when i asked him why, he said that he thinks it's not really taking effect on him. what could be wrong? he has been taking Maxalife since then.
I also swear by Coromega. My maintenance dose is 4 per day plus 4 grams of MSM and one capsule of oil of evening primrose. 4 fish oil capsules on an empty stomach would do me in; I can take any amount of Coromega, anytime. Whenever arthritis symptoms in my knee flare up, I increase the dose up to as many as 10!

Very cool hub. I was taking Omega 3 for a long time, it was helping me with bad back and neck pain. mostly due to stress and poor posture. Omega 3 oil definitely helps with many things. Just a word to the wise, don't fall for the Icelandic Health Omega 3 Fish oil infomercial on late at night. They are a scam and bill up your credit cards!
